Adam M. Roseman (Founder and Managing Partner)
Mr. Roseman founded ARC China in 2008 to focus on investments in Chinese domestic consumption-oriented SMEs in second and third tier cities. Prior to founding ARC China, Mr. Roseman was an investment banker at Barrington Associates and Lehman Brothers, working in M&A, as well as public offerings of debt and equity. Mr. Roseman is currently a member of both the Board of Trustees of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles and the Board of Governors Member of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as well as a member of the Clinton Global Initiative. He was recognized in 2007 by Los Angeles Business Journal as one of Los Angeles’ top entrepreneurs under 30 years of age. Mr. Roseman is a current board member and former board member of numerous public and private companies. He has appeared on numerous international and Chinese media outlets, including print and television, discussing China and its interaction with the international capital markets. Mr. Roseman is currently based in Shanghai.

Martin Key (Executive Director)
Prior to joining ARC China, Mr. Key was an investment banker in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group at JPMorgan in New York, where he was primarily engaged in structuring debt financing for investment grade healthcare, consumer products, and financial services companies. He executed more than eighty revolving credit, term loan, and investment grade bond transactions totaling over $115 billion. He holds an MBA degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MS in Finance degree from Boston College, and a BS in Business Administration degree from the University of South Carolina.

Lesley Jin (Principal)
Ms. Jin was formerly a senior consultant at Ernst & Young where she undertook a variety of tax and business development advisories as well as due diligence in the manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. Ms. Jin started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she conducted various auditing projects in the energy, chemical, manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. Her major clients included PetroChina, Exxon Mobil, Honeywell, Hamersley, Cummins and DuPont. Ms. Jin is a member of Chinese CPA Association.

Natalie Zhu (Principal)
Ms. Zhu was a former senior retail analyst at JLM Pacific Epoch, where she tracked listed retail companies, including sportswear, department stores, hypermarkets, and restaurants as well as fashion brands. Prior to joining JLM Pacific Epoch, she was an analyst with the China Market Research Group (CMR), where she worked on consulting projects including ones for FMCG, luxury products, hypermarkets, and chemical products. Ms. Zhu received her Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degrees in Chinese Literature from East China Normal University and attended school at the Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies.
Jun Li(Vice President)
Ms. Li is primarily involved in deal structuring, execution and legal diligence. Ms. Li was formerly with law firms including Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Ms. Li advised both offshore and onshore clients in the areas of M&A, corporate finance and general corporate. Before joining ARC China, Jun was general counsel with another fund based in China. Ms. Li obtained her bachelor degree of law from Wuhan University and LL.M. from both Fudan University and University of Virginia. Ms. Li is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and is qualified in China.

Bondy Lau (Senior Associate)
Prior to joining ARC China, Mr. Lau was an investment banker at Loop Capital Markets in Los Angeles, where he provided day-to-day analytical, quantitative, and deal execution support for infrastructure and project finance clients in the United States. Prior to that, Mr. Lau worked in Merrill Lynch’s investment banking group in Los Angeles where he executed structured debt financings, securitizations, and investment grade bond transactions totaling over US$23 billion. Mr. Lau received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Global Management from the University of Southern California.

Eric Shen(Senior Associate)
Prior to joining ARC China, Mr. Shen worked as a manager at Think Bridge Business Consulting, where he executed various due diligence and financial consulting projects for many well established venture capital and private equity firms in the retail, new energy, health care and TMT sectors in China. Previously he was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young where he conducted numerous auditing projects in the manufacturing, finance, consumer products, and real estate sectors. Mr. Shen is a CFA Charter holder and a member of the Chinese CPA Association.
Yvonne Guo(Associate)
Prior to joining ARC China, Ms Guo was an Associate at HHP Attorneys-At-Law, a PRC law firm based in Shanghai. While at HHP, she advised clients on foreign investment, M&A, and private equity investments and executed legal due diligence investigation for many M&A transactions. Ms Guo holds a B.A. from the Law School of Shanghai International Study University and is admitted to the bar of the PRC.
Rongyu Jin (Associate)
Prior to joining ARC China, Ms. Jin was an operations manager and analyst at Barron Partners LP’s China office, where she conducted due diligence of Pre-IPO and overseas listed Chinese companies and was active in deal origination, mainly in clean tech industries including wind, solar, and water treatment. She also managed daily operations and took an active role in overseeing the accounting and compliance matters in the office. Ms. Jin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Donghua University.

Kenneth Ke (Associate)
Mr. Ke is a former investment manager at SmallVille Capital (Shanghai) where he provided wealth management and financial advisory services to the family office clients. Prior to joining SmallVille Capital, he was the marketing manager of Maxtex Machinery (HK) Ltd. mainly focused on the Southeast Asian, Indian, Turkish and Korean Market. Mr. Ke Received his Bachelors degree in Business Management from De La Salle University.
Adam Shen (Associate)
Prior joining ARC China, Mr. Shen is a former Senior Associate of Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he conducted financial due diligence to support private equity and M&A transactions by leading investment firms. Mr. Shen started his career at KPMG, where he led audits for more than 10 Chinese middle market companies. Mr. Shen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Technology from Nanjing University and is a member of CICPA
Valentine Chen (Analyst)
Prior to joining ARC China, Ms. Chen worked in marketing communication for Nexans (formerly Alcatel Cables) based in Paris. She started her career as a consultant at APCO Worldwide in Shanghai. Her experience has focused on helping companies to develop communication strategies and build relationships with the media and shareholders. Ms. Chen completed her BA in Journalism and Communication at Shanghai International Studies University and holds a Masters degree in Management (Finance Specialization) from ESCP Europe.

Melanie Huang (Analyst)
Prior to joining ARC China, Ms. Huang was an assistant at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP where she coordinated on the business development for China projects. Ms Huang holds a Bachelor Degree in Management from School of Economics and Management, Tong Ji University.
Karen Ge (Controller)
Prior to joining ARC China, Ms. Ge was a fund associate at GEN II Fund Service LLC based in New York. At Gen II, Ms. Ge primarily focused on the fund accounting, reporting and operations of various US based private equity funds. Previously, Ms. Ge was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Shanghai, where she conducted numerous audit projects in the telecom, consumer products, manufacturing and consulting sectors. Ms. Ge is a U.S. certified public accountant and holds a B.S. in physics from Fudan University and a M.S in accounting from Baruch College.
Mengjiao Jiang(Venture Partner and Member of Investment Committee)
Prior to joining ARC China, Ms. Jiang was an Associate Director at Business Development Asia (Shanghai) where she executed numerous Joint Venture, Acquisition and Divestiture transactions in the chemical, fast-moving consumer goods, and manufacturing sectors in Asia, focusing on China. Ms. Jiang started her career at UBS Investment Bank in New York, where she worked on origination and execution of M&A , IPO, Debt and Equity issuances.

Danqing Zhang (Venture Partner)
Prior to joining ARC China as a Venture Partner, Danqing Zhang was employed for 18 years by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), China’s largest organization dedicated to promoting investment and trade in the country. During her lengthy career at CCPIT, Danqing served as the organization’s Representative to the United States, General Manger of International Business Consulting for China International Economic and Technical Cooperation Consultants, Inc., and Director of Business Consulting for the Economic Information Department. She is significantly experienced in strategic planning and has extensive networks of corporate and government relations. She has won numerous awards globally for her accomplishments in helping Chinese and foreign companies develop partnerships focused on investment, trade and technology exchanges.
