NDRC Partnership

ARC China recently entered into a broad partnership with the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission (“ICC-NDRC”). The NDRC is the top macroeconomic management agency under the Chinese State Council and has broad administrative and planning control over the Chinese economy.

ARC China will work with the ICC-NDRC to facilitate innovation and development of the financial services industry in various Chinese cities, set up and manage new RMB-denominated investment funds in cooperation with the local governments of the cities, and attract more international investment into those cities. ARC China will additionally seek to promote the cooperation and exchange of ideas among the Chinese cities and certain US-based companies, institutions, and local governments.
