Investment Focus: ARC China Investment Funds is focused primarily on investing in off-shore listed, domestic consumption-focused businesses in China that are undervalued and not achieving appropriate visibility in the public markets. After taking an investment position in certain of these companies, ARC China strengthens corporate governance, financial controls and investor transparency to ensure the companies obtain appropriate value in the public equity markets. ARC China often inputs a new CFO, establishes an independent Board and institutes improved corporate governance.
